Attendees will be able to analyze fiduciary duties and identify conflict-of-interest risks in fee setting; evaluate fee governance structures and oversight practices; and apply strategies to document and justify fee decisions to mitigate regulatory and litigation risk.  Please join Deb and Don for an interactive and lively history of fiduciary fee administration, including missteps.
